Puglia is where my story begins, even if it is not where I was born. It is the land of my family, of my grandparents, and the place that quietly shaped who I am. I grew up between its light, its silences, and its deep-rooted traditions—always feeling both at home and slightly in-between. Being born elsewhere gave me a sense of distance, but also a deeper awareness of belonging. Through my photography, I return to Puglia not just as a place, but as a feeling—an exploration of memory, identity, and the subtle ties that connect us to where we come from.
